Think about healthy activities that are enjoyable or create a sense of accomplishment. Then, make time for them. When you put these activities in motion, you’re giving yourself a chance to beat stress and to recharge.
If you’re already saying to yourself, "I don’t know what I like,” try thinking of what interested you as a child: Was it sports? Music? Coloring? Writing? Building stuff? Crafts? Dance? The outdoors? It’s possible that you’ll find comfort, peace, or a sense of satisfaction out of the activities you enjoyed back then.
